Policies

• Please arrive on time.
• No-show and late-cancellation fees apply.
• To cancel, contact JB and cancel your appointment on Booksy.
• A $100 charge is added for holiday bookings, after-hours appointments and clients with a prior no-show.

• A Color Consultation is required before any color service.
• Color boxes are paid on the consultation day.

• Arrive with your hair in its natural state.
• Hair is included.
• Special colors need 48 hours' notice by text.

• Kids haircuts are for children 12 and under.
• Children must come with an adult.

• Services must be booked and used within the month the payment is made. No booking ahead into future months.
• Payments are non-refundable. No partial refunds or credits for unused, expired or missed services.
• Cancel at any time: contact JB at 817-902-1738 at least 7 days before the next auto-payment.
• Memberships auto-renew monthly. Appointments are required and subject to availability. Memberships apply only to services by The Locin' Lady Barber. Upgrades are charged separately.

• Training leads to certification as a Certified Loctician. A state barber's license is required to legally barber; JB can't issue licenses.
